Orders may be placed by telephone or fax. We accept purchase order numbers and credit cards (Bank Card, MasterCard and VISA). To open a new account, please speak to one of our Customer Service Representatives.
To help us expedite your order please include the following:
- Purchase order number or credit card number (card holder's name and expiry date is required)
- Complete billing address
- Complete shipping address
- Catalogue number, product description and quantity of product(s) to be purchased
- Price quote number if applicable
- Your name and phone number
- Name and phone number of end-user if different from above
