Automated Incubators

As the world's leading manufacturer of automated incubators, LiCONiC was the first to specialize in broadly incorporating plate handlings in controlled climate chambers. LiCONiC was also the first to develop incubators especially for the automation intention and addressing the constraints of the combination of handling and climate. Unlike other products LiCONiC automated incubators combine automation, handling and climate ideally and without any compromise.

Unlike standard incubators that are manufactured in mass production and under significant cost pressure, LiCONiC's automated incubators are primarily technology and quality driven. Only the market's best technologies and materials are used to build our incubators. Handmade 1.5mm highest quality grade steel, various sizes and dimensions and gassing.

Plate Hotels

LiCONiC offers the most widely used and the most complete solution for Plate Hotels used in laboratory automation. LiCONiC is the first to implement a shovel based handling system, which transport plates by loading them on an extendable surface (shovel). LiCONiC's line of Plate Hotels use this unique design that allows random access at extremely high speed. This handling accepts most plate types without modification, training, or adaptation. Even simultaneous use of various plate types is possible. As the common interface of the Plate Hotels and the robotic environment a transfer-station is located outside the instrument.

LiCONiC offers the market's most complete selection of Plate Hotels with capacities ranging from 44 to 1000 MTP plate capacity.

LiCONiC Plate Hotels are designed for best flexibility and meet demands of various customer applications and various integration constraints.

LiCONiC Plate Hotels are ideal for integration in small, mid-size, and large laboratory automation lines. The LiCONiC line of Plate Hotels are complemented with a large number of accessories and a unique selection of options. A large portion of LiCONiC's standard line of LiCONiC Plate Hotels were built as OEM Open Storages specially tailored to customers needs. Sample Management Systems

The new Liconic Sample Management Systems are characterized by highest Sample density and most efficient design. Based on experience of many years in building high-tech lab equipment these stores meet highest standards regarding quality and robustness. Using the easy to handle software samples can be ordered via remote access.

The Liconic stores are available in different sizes, beginning from 1.000 plates to more than 12.500 per unit. Due to the modular design the capacity can be expanded by combining multiple units.

Based on high efficient cooling units in combination with most intelligent construction of the store chamber the energy consumption and in consequence the running costs are extremely low. In times of increasing energy cost this fact is all the more important.
