NEXT-GENERATION SEQUENCING (NGS)

NuGEN's portfolio of NGS products allows you to fully leverage the advances in NGS throughput and capacity with sample preparation solutions that are simple, rapid, and scalable. The Encore NGS Library Systems provide simple, fast and flexible solution for constructing DNA libraries used in all significant NGS applications. In addition, the Ovation RNA-Seq and 3'-DGE Systems can be used upfront of the library preparation systems providing a complete workflow for transcriptome sequencing and expression profiling applications extending the versatility of the NGS platforms.

Prelude™ Direct Lysis Module

the NuGen Prelude ^TM direct Lysis Module provides a fast and easy method for whole transcriptome analysis using direct cell lysates without rna isolation. Cell washing and lysis takes less than five minutes and the resulting lysates can be added directly to downstream NGS reactions.

Ovation® NGS Systems

The Ovation RNA-Seq and 3'-DGE Systems are based on NuGEN's proven Ribo-SPIA technology for total RNA sample sizes starting at as little as 10 ng. Each product delivers an easy, six-hour workflow that eliminates the potential bias introduced by poly(A)+ selection or ribosomal RNA reduction for a more complete representation of the transcriptome. Use each product for all of the leading NGS platforms.

Encore™ NGS Library Systems

Use the Encore NGS Library Systems to prepare libraries for a broad range of NGS applications in as little as three hours, with only two purification steps and no gel purification. The Encore NGS products from NuGEN are available with an optional indexing capability for multiplex sequencing to further improve sample throughput and reduce sequencing costs. Each product is designed for seamless integration with both the Ovation RNA-Seq and 3'-DGE Systems in addition to supporting all key NGS applications.

Encore NGS Library System I

for easy integration with the Ovation RNA-Seq or 3'-DGE Systems as well as other NGS sample types on the Illumina NGS platforms

Encore NGS Multiplex System I

for sequencing using unique indexing tags to facilitate up to eight samples in a single lane, thereby dramatically reducing the per sample cost and time required to obtain sequence data on the Illumina NGS platforms.

MICROARRAYS AND qPCR

Whole Transcriptome Amplification Systems - The Ovation and Applause RNA Amplification Systems for microarrays are part of a family of modularly designed, application-based products that enable whole transcriptome analysis from virtually any biological sample, regardless of the type, size and source of the sample for a wide array of microarray and qPCR platforms.

Whole Genome Amplification Systems - The Ovation WGA System offers the only linear whole genome amplification technology for uniform representation and quantitative analysis of the genome for any downstream quantitative analysis including microarrays and qPCR-based analysis.

RNA/DNA Extraction and Target Prep Modules - NuGEN offers pre- and post-amplification systems to provide complete target preparation solutions including fragmentation and labeling for all the major microarray platforms. The complete solution allows scientists to utilize simple, rapid and automatable workflows that enable and accelerate their discoveries.

AUTOMATION SOLUTIONS
