The Azure Cielo™ Real-Time PCR System combines innovative fibre-optic detection technology, fast thermal cycling and intuitive software to deliver sensitive, reproducible qPCR results.

Unlike conventional whole-plate imaging systems, the Cielo uses fibre optics to deliver excitation light directly into individual wells and collect emitted fluorescence from the same position. This efficient optical design reduces background noise, improves sensitivity and eliminates the need for a passive reference dye such as ROX.

Available in 3-channel and 6-channel configurations, the Cielo supports a broad range of dye- and probe-based qPCR chemistries and applications.
