Available in two configurations: Cielo 3, a 3-channel system suited to singleplex and lower-plex workflows, and Cielo 6, a 6-channel system designed for full multiplex experiments.

Cielo uses dual fibre optic sets that deliver light directly into individual wells and collect emission from the same position. This eliminates stray light, captures approximately 100,000 data points per well, and means no ROX passive reference dye is needed, so every channel is free for your biological targets.
