High Pure Viral Nucleic Acid Kit

Rapidly isolate highly purified DNA and RNA

Choose the High Pure Viral Nucleic Acid Kit to efficiently isolate DNA and RNA from a broad range of research sample materials such as; serum, plasma, whole blood, cell culture supernatant, peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs), cerebrospinal fluid (CSF), tongue scrapings, and throat wash samples.

Use a simple, rapid protocol to generate high-quality templates for direct use in PCR, RT-PCR, qPCR, and qRT-PCR applications.

Prepare multiple PCR/RT-PCR templates in 20 minutes, with only 10 minutes of hands-on time.

MagNA Pure 96 DNA and Viral NA Small Volume Kit

Ready-to-use for the purification of total nucleic acids, including viral DNA and RNA

The MagNA Pure 96 DNA and Viral NA Small Volume Kit contains ready-to-use reagents in two prefilled sealed trays for purifying nucleic acids from up to 200 μl sample volumes using the MagNA Pure 96 Instrument. The kit is used to purify genomic DNA from up to 200 μl mammalian whole blood, fresh, frozen or FFPE tissue, or up to 5×105 cultured cells using the MagNA Pure 96 Instrument. It can also be used to purify viral DNA and RNA, and bacterial and fungal DNA from up to 200 μl mammalian whole blood, serum, plasma, urine, sputum, swabs, stool, bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL), cerebrospinal fluid (CSF), and bacterial cultures. External lysis is optional. Purified nucleic acids can be used directly for PCR and RT-PCR using LightCycler® Carousel-Based Systems, the LightCycler® 480 System, and other standard thermal block and real-time PCR cyclers.
